Brian Patch

Brian-Patch-SKT_edited   Brian Patch skates both vert and street events. He was born in Logansport, Indiana. Brian broke his collarbone in December of 1999, putting him out of competition for awhile.

A five-year XG vet, Patch has hit an unlucky stretch recently. He broke his collarbone in December; his company, Clockwork Skateboards, folded in early 2000, and he suffered a concussion and sprained ankle in May trying to break the distance jumping world record.

“I’m a skateboarder! First and foremost! I also like to Snowboard, Moto, MTBike, and travel which I do constantly! I travel all over the world doing skateboard contest and demos. I love my life!” - Brian Patch

“I just love it all. I skate street one day, vert the next. I don’t know how you could limit yourself to one type of skating. I feel that being an all terrain vehicle is really the way to go. I always want to skate something different. Doing that only helps every other aspect.” - Brian Patch

Here is Brian Patch practicing on the megaramp at pointx. What do you get when you have a 60 foot tall roll in, a 55 foot gap and a 27 foot high quarter pipe at the end? Well you bail a lot and when you land your trick like in this video you are blasting airs that are 30 feet from the ground.
