Pro Rider Mike Mason started racing at the age of 11 with the help of his mom and dad. Highly skilled at both arenacross and FMX, he’s competed in both disciplines and has posted solid results in arenacross as well as in freestyle. He’s a regular winner in most of the jump-offs in arena cross and has placed in the top 5 in IFMAs.
Mike has made a lasting impression on many with his great riding ability and amicable attitude. He has been featured in many demos and is competing in some of the top events in his sport proving his strength and consistency. Mike is a member of the upper echelon of the freestyle world by being able to land not only the back flip, but also multiple variations of it. Having a foam pit and a freestyle track in his backyard helps tend to his un-abiding eagerness to push the envelope of his freestyle capabilities, helping him to create some of the most original tricks in the sport.
His goals for his future in the sport are to be a respected rider who has done something to help the sport. Having placed 3rd and 2nd overall in the 2005 and 2006 Dew Tour seasons respectively, Mike is certainly a FMX Pro Rider to keep your eyes on.
